2.Design Guide

1) GND Connection Guidelines
The UQ200 series image sensor provides two GND types (AGND and DGND). If the sensor's GND is not split, AGND and DGND can be jointly connected to the sensor's GND pin.

2) I2C Pull-Up Resistor Configuration
The I2C pins feature internal programmable pull-up resistors (4.7KΩ, 1.5KΩ, and 560Ω options, default 1.5KΩ) pulled up to DOVDD. Users can configure the resistance via software functions as needed.

3) GPIO Function Configuration
The GPIO pins support flexible functional configuration, with an internal 4.7KΩ pull-up resistor to DOVDD. Users can define their functionality through software based on application requirements.

4) System-Level GND Precautions
This pin is dedicated to peripheral power supply (system-level GND) and must not be directly connected to the sensor's GND. Doing so may interfere with Open/Short (OS) testing functionality.

5) Reserved Pin Handling
This pin is reserved for internal use and has special internal connections. Do not short-circuit it with other pins or make external connections—it must remain floating.
